\nIn 1743 the building of Redoute Ballestras allowed the creation of this village and now this is the humorous museum of Albert DUBOUT. The famous cartoonist discovered Palavas-Les-Flots in 1922 and developed a passion for its tradition, its fishermen, its beaches and its steam train. With his styling, Albert DUBOUT offers a generous humor to his drawings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

No far away from the beaches, Palavas-Les-Flots also preserves a secret world where nature keeps its rights. Like the birds, have a break \u2026 spend few hours in the fauna and flora of the ponds: an exceptional location. The Camargue reveals the particularities of Mediterranean plants and migratory birds .<\/p>\n

At Palavas-Les-Flots, of course, you can enjoy 7 km of fine sand, and all kind of water sport. Also wander along the waterfront, and in the evening, the Casino or Luna park will give you some fun.<\/p>\n

Palavas-Les-Flots also successfully entered the 3rd millennium with a superb achievement: the Lighthouse of the Mediterranean. The old water tower, located in the village, has been renovated as the Palais des Congr\u00e8s, the Municipal Tourist Office and the revolving restaurant. Standing 65 meters high, the Lighthouse of the Mediterranean is the only building in the region, offering a 360-degree panorama.<\/p>\n
